Importance of Communication

Please feel free to contact our office with any questions or concerns you may have on your condition, treatment or medication. Be sure to leave a telephone number and the best time for the doctor to call you back. We believe that clear communication between the health provider and patient is essential to your health. Answering your questions, explaining medical terms, conditions and procedures as well as providing both written and on-line resource materials are some of the ways we try to accomplish this.

Phone Calls

If you have a straightforward question or concern, one of our skilled staff members can be of assistance. If after talking to our staff you still need to talk to the doctor, let us know. Please be sure to tell us if your call is urgent. If you have a medical emergency please call 911 and go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Our doctors try to return calls as soon as possible. Please understand that due to the nature of a medical practice, routine calls are often answered after several hours or even the next day.
